Job Description
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoots and evaluates IT infrastructure (servers and network); making recommendations for improvement and determining corrective courses of action to resolve and/or prevent problems.
- Works with IT management to develop, implement, and support organizational computer, Group Policy Objects (GPO) and network security
- Recommends, test, configures, installs and maintains hardware, software, and services utilizing servers, system software, applications, printers and others
- Performs daily administration tasks of Microsoft Exchange server, domain controllers, file and print, and other server systems, virtual environment, and supporting software
- Develop, manage and implement the IT infrastructure backups in accordance with IT standards
- Conduct IT infrastructure health checks and schedule periodically updates
- Determine an organization's system needs and install network hardware and software
- Implement internal control, network security methodologies and other security systems for data, systems and hardware protection
- Recommend any IT security enhancement of the infrastructure to support the company’s needs, including architecture, hardware, and software
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Provide 2nd level of support as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 4 - 7 Years of experience
- Expert at Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point) and Windows.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
