Multicare Egypt for Pharmaceutical Industries is the manufacturing facility of Pharmacare for Trading Agency, which located at the Industrial Zone – New Cairo and its HQ at New Cairo as well. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF  PHARMACEUTICAL EXPORT MANAGEMENT IS MANADATED

Job Purpose:

To drive the business development process through penetration of international markets mainly the Africa and evaluating the opportunities for export across the region in a systematic and analytical way as per the following details:

  • Designation: Export Manager
  • Location: New Cairo HQ
  • Job Grade:K01/K02
  • Reporting: Business Development & Export Head

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devise professional exports strategy and planning to ensure sustainability and growth in global markets
  • Manage daily communications with international clients, promote business interests with existing clients and bring on new clients to enhance export sales. Open new markets across globe and promote company’s products to potential clients in these markets to enhance sales
  • Establish and manage relationships with customers in regional and African markets
  • Approach and contact new clients and make relationship with new clients as well as maintain relationship with existing clients
  • Handle new enquiries and follow up for developing new customers, order processing and replying to the enquiries
  • Manage all activities pertaining to import clearance & sending samples for registration purpose
  • Follow-up of production and registration to external markets
  • Follow up the requirements and documentation of the market's regulators like the Ministry of Health
  • Follow up on the collection process with the financial department
  • Development of the electronic advertising process by introducing the company to some commercial and marketing websites
  • Follow up with external agents to ensure the implementation of the agreed Sales and marketing plan
  • Open new markets based on the company's strategies subject to careful portfolio prioritization and different markets assessed needs
  • Review the sale, the extent of implementation of the monthly target, and addressing weaknesses
  • Develop the transportation process and external contracts required in the export process
  • Negotiating contracts and referring to the financial department to determine the appropriate pricing for the preparations based on the target market
  • Analysis of existing and new markets to see the efficiency of the plan developed with the customer and its development and increase the registered items
  • Determine the appropriate market based on the capabilities of the factory and the available files
  • Prepare exhibitions and determining their location and time according to the target markets plan

Job Requirements

B. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Level of Education :Life Science Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science), post graduate marketing qualification is a definite plus
  • Experience :
  • Previous experience of Pharmaceutical export management especially the  African Markets
  • Knowledge of marketing, business principles , Pharma business environment and international markets
  • Language :Fluent English proficiency is mandated, French is highly desired
  • IT Literacy :Professional knowledge of MS-Office
