Job Description

  • Ensure the application of any Human Resources policies.
  • Posting jobs, Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assist in payroll monthly life cycle (overtime, deductions, etc…) through SAP system.
  • Extracts the violations reports related to employees timekeeping to be sent to the HR manager
  • Prepare job offers and lead the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Updates maintain and develop HR personnel files for all staff to ensure completion of supporting documents.
  • Handle all issues with social insurance and labor offices.
  • Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good computer skills.
  • Very Good in English
  • 5-7 Years of experience in HR fields.
  • Max age 35
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to deal with different cultures and personalities
