Job Description
- Ensure the application of any Human Resources policies.
- Posting jobs, Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assist in payroll monthly life cycle (overtime, deductions, etc…) through SAP system.
- Extracts the violations reports related to employees timekeeping to be sent to the HR manager
- Prepare job offers and lead the onboarding process of new hires.
- Updates maintain and develop HR personnel files for all staff to ensure completion of supporting documents.
- Handle all issues with social insurance and labor offices.
- Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.
Job Requirements
- Very Good computer skills.
- Very Good in English
- 5-7 Years of experience in HR fields.
- Max age 35
- Capable of handling multiple tasks
- Ability to deal with different cultures and personalities
