Job Description

  • Executive Secretary is required to have previous experience in secretarial work in Manufacturing companies.
  • Taking minutes of the meeting.
  • Prepares memos, reports, presentations on PowerPoint slides.
  • Analyze data on excel forms, prepare charts, ...
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, hotel reservations, abroad meetings.
  • answering calls, cooperate with all teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Fluent in Spanish and / or French is a must
  • Excellent MS office user; PowerPoint, excel, word, e-mails, internet navigator.
  • With high communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with hospitality skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
