Job Description
- We are looking for a lifestyle assistant that will give our clients a 5 stars service.
- Their main job is to communicate with our clients as well as build a relationship.
- A concierge lifestyle assistant is someone that is always available and allows our clients to ask for any of our 1000 services through them.
- Most of the services are done by the back office or team on the ground but the lifestyle assistant is the only person that speaks to the client directly.
- A lifestyle assistant also collects information about the property, company or client such as birthdays, major events and more.
- We also expect the lifestyle Assistant to communicate with the back office and give us any important information needed as well as prepare monthly reports for clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in any hospitality field or customer service
- Presentable, Friendly, outgoing and polite
- Speaks English very well and Arabic
- Able to use a computer and send emails
- Able to come to downtown Cairo daily (Tahrir square)
