Job Description
- Develop, manage, and execute agile processes while taking full accountability for bringing agility to products’ deliveries.
- Have E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital products and services.
- Facilitate discussions and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the squad’s expected outcome.
- Help the Scrum team to identify and resolve problems, and remove impediments, whether internal or external to the team
- Organize and facilitate product planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams.
- Ensure the correct setup & usage of CDI tools for projects & ensure project documentations are up to date for every sprint.
- Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.
- Help the Product Owner / Programme Lead to manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope
Job Requirements
- 5+ years work experience
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master – leading Agile teams
- Preferable experience working with customer facing digital products
- Have a passion for coaching teams and helping them improve the ways they work
- Extensive knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and how they can be used to improve processes and efficiencies of a team
- Have an excellent understanding of the underlying principles of Agile and how to effectively apply Scrum in complex, real-world situations
- Have in depth knowledge of Scaled Agile methods
