Job Description

We are looking for Profissional Video Editor/Producer
to shoot, edit, repackage, and distribute compelling videos and digital media that will inspire, promote and fundraise for our causes. This position will also travel to provide videography services as needed.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
 

  • Responsible for shooting quality indoor videos
  • Create and edit videos and animations for product illustrations and branding.
  • Create videos for Social Media, and original video series • Collaborate regularly with the Marketing and Art/Design teams.
  • Create rough and final cuts.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
  • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
  • Integrate motion graphics, dialogues, sounds, and effects into videos.
  • Plan and create video concepts by researching markets, products, and materials.
  • Design video ads for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Create product visualization layouts to promote brand awareness.
  • Edits videos using filters and adding the necessary details by using editing tools, programs and various related digital applications to improve the videos quality.

Job Requirements

  • MUST Have his own Device ( Labtop or PC )
  • Strong video producing, script-writing, interviewing, videography, lighting and audio techniques, and editing skills
  • Working knowledge of Final Cut Studio, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, Excel, Adobe Production Suite, FTP Clients, Video compression software, online video distribution, and XDCAM Transfer
  • Strong videography skills using DSLR cameras as well as audio capturing devices such as Zoom H4N
  • On-camera skills for digital and social media campaigns a plus
  • Still photography skills including composition, lighting, and editing of large raw photo images
  • Working computer skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, video formats, video conversions, codecs, FTP file sharing and video streaming
  • Storytelling skills with ability to translate into compelling script and visual images
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain video and photo libraries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a collaborative member of creative, integrated media team
  • Flexibility to perform varying shifts, extended hours, and last-minute work demands, if necessary
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Proven work experience as a video editor
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
  • Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Graphic Design Skills & Software (Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • To be a creative thinker and generate ideas outside the box
  • A strong portfolio which demonstrates your understanding of both design and animation
  • Ability to create high-quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with OBI staff and outside public
  • Excellent ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadline.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, often under adverse conditions in disaster settings
