Job Description
- Product or phase scope understanding along with requirements review
- Plan QC activities for each phase or project and ensure timely delivery of each milestone
- Lead QC engineers during different testing phases
- Review test cases, monitor test execution and review reported issues
- Key person in status meetings and status reports
- Point of communication with other technical units
- Mentor and coach QC engineers
- Key person in defining test strategies, applying new techniques whenever needed
- Participate in defining, reviewing and implementing delivery processes
- Define, implement and monitor testing reports
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Proven experience as QC Lead
- Deep knowledge in different testing aspects like testing concepts, test cases, quality standards, functional/non-functional testing
- Knowledge in performance testing
- Knowledge in security testing is a plus
- Knowledge in automation testing is a plus
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven communication skills
