Job Description
- Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and social media (Web-site, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts) through properties' daily updates with marketing specialists.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Making calls with our leads and cold calls , give them all the information they need.
- Promote sales through advertisements,ads
- Attend the developers company orientation indoor
- Prepare reports to his team leader.
- Projects knowledge and updates
- Meetings with clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is needed.
- Must be near the location
- Have a car is preferred
- Working days : Saturday-Thursday
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in new capital or fifth settlement
- Age maximum 34
- Negotiation and sales skills
