Job Description
- Develop and maintain the organization structure in coordination with department heads and senior management to reflect the needs of the company
- Update organization structure periodically
- Draft OD & internal transfers process flows and documents changes and improvements
- Analyze information and applies judgment and knowledge of organizational needs to identify broad future staffing needs
- Prepare or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Process transfers and promotions
- Ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
Job Requirements
- BSc. degree in Business Administration / equivalent. HR Major is preferable
- HR Diploma is a MUST.
- Related experience is a MUST.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work in a team .
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines
- High communication skills
