Job Description
- Is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation goals.
- Is responsible for creating the Project Management Plans and ensuring that the scope, schedule, budget and resources are executing to the plan.
- Work closely with the Customer Project Manager to ensure successful completion of the ERP implementation.
- Perform risk management activities of the ERP projects.
- Approve project charges such as travel expenses, equipment, or billable time.
- Create and communicate project status reports to management and customers.
- Manage the budget and approve customer invoices.
- Ensure quality and timeliness for the services.
- Provide updates to the Engagement Manager.
- Work with accounting and business operations teams to define requirements for system implementations.
- Assist in the evaluation, design, configuration, and testing of integration and implementation projects.
- Lead the implementation of accounting systems at recently acquired subsidiaries and corporate.
- Lead the implementation of accounting tools at recently acquired subsidiaries and corporate.
- Analyze, modify, and document existing process documentation in relation to the system and SOP’s. job requirements
- Leads team on complex small, medium size project or significant segment of a large project.
- Manages scope initiation, definition and change control.
- Manages project plans activities definition, sequencing, estimating, assigning and schedule control.
- Identifies and analyzes risks and performs mitigation planning, monitoring and execution
- Plans and ensures execution of quality assurance and testing activities
- Work on presales activities to define the client needs and propose the right solution.
- Prepares and reviews responses to Requests for Information (RFI), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), contracts, and statements of work job requirements
Job Requirements
Educational:
- PMP certification
- Prior experience in Oracle ERP, EPM, and/or BI
- BSc of computer science, accounting, finance, or equivalent
- Accounting and/or finance knowledge
- Masters of Business Administration
- English professional fluency
