Job Description

  • Handling clients inquires and complaints regarding any service provided by TAMEER, received from Call Center, Contracts Team or the Community Development Team.
  • Communicating with the concerned parties regarding each of the client’s inquiries and complaints then feedback the clients daily.
  • Communicating with the Financial team daily to feedback the clients with their inquiries in regards to SWAP payments, NPV or the Fine needed in case of delaying their payments.
  • Communicating with the Development Team daily to feedback the clients with their inquiries in regards to the inquiries related to the delivery dates, AutoCAD drawings requests, unit’s details or unit’s dimensions.
  • Handling client’s complaints regarding the delivery of their units daily.
  • Updating clients with the status of their exceptions (if it is approved or not) when required.
  • Notifying clients with the date of signing their contracts and also when to receive their final approved copy.
  • Communicating with the Financial team in case of client’s rejected cheques when needed.
  • Handling the soft recovery with clients by communicating them in case of rejected cheques and coordinating with them to make sure that the amount of payment is available.
  • Appling SLA according to company policy and matrix daily. (Noting that the Matrix is not finalized yet)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.
  • Preferably graduated from International Schools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Excel, word and Power point.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.
  • From 1 to 2 years’ experience as an CRM Executive.
  • Real-estate experience with Category “A” clients.
