Job Description
- Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results .
- Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
- Conduct of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to
- Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
- Review the Budget Process & Controlling operations
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
- Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability
- Reporting to FP&A Manager
Job Requirements
- Able to solve complex problem
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- High level of commercial acumen
- Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
- Advanced computer software skills, Professional level in Excel.
- 10 Years total Experience in finance with at least 4 years in FP&A - CMA Is preferable
