Job Description
- Responsible for employee database system as well as employment files and personnel files
- Responsible for Social Insurance governmental related forms “Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, work permits “.
- Track the employees absent days through the attendance system and inform the employees to submit a signed approved relevant form.
- Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
- Administrating social and health insurance for the entire company’s employees
- Responsible for processing new employees, transfers, and resignations
- Following up with employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination.
- Assisting in Recruitment process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in the HR field
