Job Description

  • 1. Work with the talent management team in formulating and updating job descriptions. 
  • 2. Work with the benefits team in administering the various medical insurance plans and tackling related issues.
  • 3. Assist in the employee on boarding process, with the employee services team. 
  • 4. Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system both electronically and physically, that provides a quick and efficient reference for the HR team. 
  • 5. Assist in analyzing and documenting the various work flows and compiling them into a policies and procedure manuals. 
  • 6. Assist the HR Director in updating, reviewing, adjusting and restructuring the HR system. 
  • 7. Work with the HR team on various assigned projects and any other HR-related duties and tasks as assigned.
  • 8. Providing recommendations to Human Resources Director on training programs from training providers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2:4 years of experience in HR Field.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail orientated team player, capable of working under pressure.
