Job Description
- 1. Work with the talent management team in formulating and updating job descriptions.
- 2. Work with the benefits team in administering the various medical insurance plans and tackling related issues.
- 3. Assist in the employee on boarding process, with the employee services team.
- 4. Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system both electronically and physically, that provides a quick and efficient reference for the HR team.
- 5. Assist in analyzing and documenting the various work flows and compiling them into a policies and procedure manuals.
- 6. Assist the HR Director in updating, reviewing, adjusting and restructuring the HR system.
- 7. Work with the HR team on various assigned projects and any other HR-related duties and tasks as assigned.
- 8. Providing recommendations to Human Resources Director on training programs from training providers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2:4 years of experience in HR Field.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail orientated team player, capable of working under pressure.
