Job Description
- Administer all import & export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures
- Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time frame
- Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities according to customer specifications
- Evaluate all reports submitted by sales staff and recommend appropriate changes if required
- professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
- Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets. Participates in setting Importing & Export strategic objectives.
- Prepares the Import & Export policies & procedures manual and submits for management review and approve.
- Prepares the yearly, Monthly and weekly Import & Export department plan, and monitors its execution to ensure achieving the set objectives.
- Manages and monitors the Export activities in different Regions and ensures that the customer provided with the optimum product quality levels and delivery on time with no delay.
- Ensures regularly delivering products in compliance with the rules and legislation of each country with regard to health, safety and environment requirements of the respective markets.
- Oversees and monitors all related export activities are in line with the planning and warehouse operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in Import & Export and logistics Industry
- Experience with Electronic Appliance environment,
- Age: less than 40 years old, excellent English speaker
