Job Description

  • Report Daily Activities from team leaders (Coordinate between all online channel) .
  • Sales analysis reports and Update Sales Figures .
  • Report Weekly Updated Units .
  • Prepare the daily report for the sales team .
  •  Responsible for Team Attendance .
  • Handling CRM .
  • Support the tele-sales team to run their business activities effectively and in a quality way .
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports .
  • Write the contract and any letters for the sales dept or For the sales .
  • Manager Responsible for orientation scheduling and follow-ups .

 

Job Requirements

  • Female only .
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in an Admin role .
  • Good level of English Language .
  • Communication Skills .
  • Problem Solving Skills .
  • Interpersonal Skills .
  • Good user of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, etc .
