360imaging is the world leader in the field of computer guided surgery and 3D Dentistry offering highly innovative products that allows dentists to simulate medical surgeries in 3D using the latest 3D and Medical Imaging Technologies.
We are a tech-focused startup that fosters the freedom to try new things and influence the design and technical direction of our large scale cloud-based platforms for managing and sharing medical data files, and we mainly develop desktop applications with C/C++ development and Qt technologies and web applications using Go & React technologies.
Job purpose:
We are looking for an experienced “Backend Developer Team Lead” to lead our growing team & to work on an existing solution and build new apps. The initial work will be mainly adding features and maintaining the solution
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, code, verify, test, document, amend and refactor our applications.
- Maintain our backend applications and optimize it for performance.
- Lead & guide the development team members.
- Provide technical leadership & mentorship to create innovative solutions.
- Translate requirements into fully functioning features.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our products/services.
- Take ownership of the development process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the areas of Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Engineering or any other related fields
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Good command of English
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of javascript, JSON.
- Strong with Nodejs
- Expert with Frontend development is a plus like React js or Angular.
- Expert with Golang is a plus
- Expert in unit testing
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of design patterns and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience in GIT.
- Expert with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Expert with Microservices architecture.
- Expert with CI/CD systems
- Strong understanding of Relational database, NoSQL.
