Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with his assigned Account(s)
- Daily and frequent proactive Visits to assigned Account branches
- Keep an updated database for his Account(s) and share it with management when requested
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Good team player, coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Track sales and status reports
- Supply management with all required reports on customer needs, stocks, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentiality for new products
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Responsible on handling related customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Responsible on the products’ Display, POS materials and trade activities within his Account Branches
- Sales support on product information, pricing, strategy and new products
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Preferable with experience in Home Appliances
- Basic English proficiency
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
