Job Description
- Receive purchase request from different departments.
- Study the stock data of the material and raw materials and issue the required purchase orders according to stock analysis.
- Follow up the purchase orders with approved suppliers, follows up their supply until they are added to the warehouses.
- Follow up the invoices for local suppliers and paying their dues.
- Issue and follow up monthly delivery plan according to customer delivery orders and forecast.
- Follow up shipping and clearance processes for foreign materials.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics industry preferable with a shipping line or freight forwarder
- Very good English Language.
- Computer skills including Microsoft office
