Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the administrative task for the CEO office  
  • Manage the day-to-day time scheduling and appointments.
  • Attending all the board and non-board meetings and taking MOM.
  • Organize Board meetings & events and engage members effectively in internal/external communication.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
  • Following-up on the managers/ heads of department tasks.
  • Report directly to the CEO

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in same position.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (Preferred English language level “ TOEFL 94-101,IELTS 7 ”or equivalent).
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet).
