Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all the administrative task for the CEO office
- Manage the day-to-day time scheduling and appointments.
- Attending all the board and non-board meetings and taking MOM.
- Organize Board meetings & events and engage members effectively in internal/external communication.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
- Following-up on the managers/ heads of department tasks.
- Report directly to the CEO
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in same position.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (Preferred English language level “ TOEFL 94-101,IELTS 7 ”or equivalent).
- Excellent drafting skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet).
