Job Description

  • Fleet / Tender Sales & Marketing
  • Tire Tender Information Check for All-Egypt
  • Support to supply our Tire Product at as many organizations as possible by tender
  • Fleet Information (Tire Customer) Check for All-Egypt
  • Support to supply our Tire Product at As many Fleet as possible
  • All-Egypt Tire Tender/Fleet information Mapping/List-up
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales
  • Coordinate preparation of customer orders within the sales department
  • Organize registration and taxation of new vehicles
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and use vehicles
  • Arrange to invoice for vehicle sales
  • Collate deal files for handover to customers
  • Checking financial documentation
  • Finance quotations
  • Pack and dispatch orders received via online website, telephone.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone.
  • Identify non-routine customer inquiries and escalate as appropriate;
    Handle all returns, organizing replacements or refunds as necessary, and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit.
  • Manage stock levels and adjust pricing
  • Order stock from inventory
  • Identify new product lines
  • Upload new stock
  • Liaise with customers regarding missing/damaged items or returns
  • Liaise with customers regarding warranty claims.
  • Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness.
  • Product updates for imagery and descriptions
  • Collaborates with E-Commerce Manager to review selling for online channels and continues to review strategies to maximize sales and SEO optimization.
  • Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site 
    Daily monitoring of incoming product to ensure the above listing pages are maintained and updated.
  • Regular auditing of available product online to ensure it is appropriately represented with the customer in mind

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Business Administration + Automotive Engineering
  • At least 3 year of e-commerce experience
  • Experience Background: Spare Parts Fleet Sales
  • Years of Experience: 2 Years and above
  • Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suite / ERP oriented
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to follow robust processes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to progress and develop
  • Experience with online retailing platforms and processes
  • Commercial background / Automotive Knowledge is preferred
