Job Description

We are looking for an Human Resource Specialist to be responsible for Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth and performing various administrative tasks. 

  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Conducts recruitment efforts including posting jobs, evaluating applications, interviewing candidates, scheduling employment tests, securing reference checks; extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Creating and revising job descriptions for all employee ( new & Current )
  • Administers the compensation programs; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  • Prepare interview mail and thanks mail
  • Ensure all human resources are being utilized as efficiently as possible.
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Complete regular reports as required (e.g., headcount, overtime, attendance, organization chart, etc.).
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Coordinate and facilitate workforce training (including new hire orientation) as needed.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of training and education documentation.
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • recommendations to an organization’s leadership based on analyses of worker productivity
  • Assist supervisors with disciplinary and other personnel issues. Counsel associates on performance and behavioral issues.
  • Support management in the investigations of any alleged employee misconduct.
  • Preparing  fingerprint for the employee, link it to the system and the attendance / leave file
  • Preparing Vacation forms and exit permits
  • Preparing employee contracts and following-up on renewals and test periods

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree in HR, Business, or other related area, 2-3 years' experience in HR (or equivalent in experience and other education).
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources and especially associate relations practices.
  • Organizational and leadership/management skills.
  • Mathematical, analytical, and computer skills emphasizing the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal, written, and cross-culture communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal and group communication skills.
