Job Description
- Responsible for achieving Monthly and Annual Targets
- Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
- Provide continuous reporting on sales achieved
- Lead a team of 20+ telesales agents at varying skill levels fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and motivation.
- Provide coaching and training to assist in exceeding future member expectations, driving sales results, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, and building customer loyalty.
- Manage team to achieve goals on phone service levels, call quality, outbound contacts, sales
- Conduct side-by-side observations, review calls for quality monitoring, and regularly hold 1x1 feedback sessions.
- Partner with the quality team on agent audits to identify areas of improvement.
- Make recommendations and/or take corrective action to manage team performance as appropriate.
- Interview and recommend candidates for hire that have a passion for sales and member engagement.
- Collaborate with training team to help create a fast-learning environment with a focus on member acquisition and retention.
- Coach, train, and lead a team of telesales to increase productivity and maintain sales goals.
- Organizing and set shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
Job Requirements
- At least 6 Years in Tele Sales Field with 2 Years as Team Leader or Supervisor
- Must-Have experience Selling In KSA
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
