Job Description
- Helping clients through reading prescriptions, preparing medications, and describing the oral dosages for clients to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Motivating customers and raising customer loyalty by listening to the complaint and responding to inquiries to achieve the best customer satisfaction rate.
- Providing advice to clients regarding the use of the drug and prescribing prescribed doses, which ensures that the customer uses a drug at the best level that deserves the professional goals and objectives of the institution.
- Ensure that returns are received from clients in accordance with the policies and procedures followed within the organization without damaging the rights of clients or violating the goals of the institution.
- Maintaining sales records and performing other administrative tasks attributed to him, such as periodic inventory or follow-up of deficiencies and requests for transfer from one branch to another
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Heliopolis, Nasr city nearby residents are preferable
