Job Description

  • To establish, direct and manage all areas of accountability for the Sales and Marketing  strategy for all Egypt and  to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the company.
  • Manage and develop the assigned sales team to maintain and grow profitable revenue via the sales business unit.
  • Manage and achieve the overall country annually revenue target.
  • Monitor and guide his business performance to ensure effective and efficient management of the sales resources.
  • Lead the deployment of area, Egypt sales strategies and enabling tactics, driving both acquisition and retention of revenue throughout the Direct Sales, Regular and National Customer revenue channels.
  • Deliver strategic imperatives adopted in collaboration with sales development initiatives.
  • Build sustainable and trusting relationships through a well harmonized & well developed sales force.
  • Contribute directly towards country revenue and notional result objectives, ensuring delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels (per country AOP targets), through effective leadership of designated sales channels.
  • Drive country sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures in line with regional direction.
  • Follow-up Sales Process, Sales Stimulation Initiatives, Sales Stimulation and Sales Training and Development.
  • Assist the heads of the various sales to recognize the areas for improvement in sales force efficiency and effectiveness, thereafter facilitating planning for remedial actions and closure.
  • Drive and continuously improve country capabilities through facilitating the action items of in country sales audits.
  • Ensure delivery of leading edge sales team learning programs.
  • Set the direction for business growth into new and existing customers through Up-selling and Cross-selling.
  • Monitor market and competition situation, take appropriate actions to action business risk within the framework o f the current strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation, calculation and implementation of the budget and forecast for the industry handled.
  • Develops and implement comprehensive information files on sales client shipping practices for the industry handled.
  • Develops Sales client acquisition operations planning capabilities.
  • Increase sales revenue and expand client database within the handled industry.
  • Follow up with client and negotiation of deals.
  • Review of contract for any change of terms.
  • Coordinate with relating department for any requirements of project.
  • Maintenance of process and additional requirements.
  • Follow up the project to ensure quality of process as are applied as agreement.
  • Monitor process of project policies and procedures through reports.
  • Daily Operation of special projects, ensuring proper work procedures are applied as agreement between Company and the institution or company being serviced.
  • Controlling special projects in Egypt.
  • Ensure all positions of each project filled up in function properly.
  • Preparation of strategy plan of department.
  • Supervises and guides assigned team to meet deadlines and department objectives.
  • Ensures collective high standards of performance from the team, communicating/ allocating work requirements, priorities, expectations, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor standards and timely production of reports generated by accountant team.
  • Coordinate to solve any issues relating to payments/approval per company policy/procedures and budgets.
  • Recommend promotions for employees who consistently exceed performance expectations and satisfy other requisite criteria.
  • Coordinate with concern department to solving any sales issues.
  • Coordinate with relating department to solving any issues shipments.
  • Preparing kind of reports (Annual budget for the country, daily Volume and Revenue Report, daily activities report, manpower report, Project Progress, Monthly Retail Revenue Report Egypt)
  • Coordinate to solving any issues relating to payments/approval per company policy/procedures and budgets.
  • Performs other assignments as required.
  • Achieve the expected levels of service, quality, and cost control in a changing technological environment, where customer contact methods and expectation levels are continually developing.
  • Handle customers’ complaints for all projects .
  • Controlling the annual customer rates price increase.
  • Collect and maintain the competitors’ information to stay up to date.
  • Maintain desired Service Level within the department.
  • Use and ensure efficiency within staff.
  • Take measures to reduce the occurrence of service failure.
  • Monitor team members compliance of the policies and procedures through reports; administering appropriate actions for non compliance.
  • Monitor Team Daily Performance, KPIs, and services level.
  • Prepare daily/Weekly/monthly performance staff.

Job Requirements

  • More than 10 Years Experience in sales and business development related to courier and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
