Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the strategic relationship with key suppliers/brands/partners in the marketplace business
- Responsible for healthy P & L of the category and monetization opportunities
- Responsible for end to end Selection & brand growth for the category
- Own and deliver monthly business plans for the category along with, margins and in-stock metrics
- Ensure best in class customer experience through strong site merchandising, world-class PDP’s, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category
- Analyzing market trends and plan category growth accordingly
- Leading a team of Account Managers and ensure that they are guided to achieve their KPI’s
- Working with cross-functional teams to plan the growth of category supply, improving supply depth and preventing supplier risk
- Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, and Category Monetization
- Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams
- Manage execution of the eCommerce fundamentals (Content and Portfolio and activation)
- Manage activities with customers including activation and online campaigns
