Job Description
- Process coting transactions into ERP system (production, overheads, CAPEX) and assure accurate allocation to cost centers or job orders.
- Log and follow up all statistical records related to costs.
- Prepare cost rollups and distributions according to policies and roles.
- Process goods costing and make the required distribution transactions.
- Monitors planting / manufacturing costs against budget.
- Issue actual vs budget reports for cost centers and projects on regular basis.
- Provide cost statements for production orders or projects.
- Report abnormalities or risks with recommendations to section head.
- Participate in developing and improve documentary cycle, procedures, and policies in the new ERP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Experience in agricultural sector is preferable.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent in Excel and analysis tools Like PBI.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of standard business software applications (MS. Dynamics is preferred).
- Knowledge of cost control methods and techniques.
