Logistic Specialist

Job Purpose:

To manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of materials from suppliers to the company warehouse in compliance with trade regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Familiar with various terms of delivery and the obligations associated with each (EXW, FCA, FOB, etc.).

2- Handle the entire shipping process from supplier dispatch under EXW, FCA, and FOB terms up to final delivery at the company warehouse.

3- Manage the Nafeza system, including issuing ACID numbers for shipments and directing shipping documents to the bank through the system.

4- Coordinate customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Prepare and review shipping and commercial documents required for import and export processes.

5- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics performance.

6- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve any shipping or clearance issues.

7- Ensure all shipping activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable trade laws.

8- Demonstrate a tactful and courteous attitude when dealing with co-workers, service providers, and authorities.
