Job Description
- Investigate Technical Issues (employee-reported problems and bugs)
- Identify an issue’s root cause
- Describe an issue’s symptoms
- Provide first-level support to customers using Odoo ERP (functional and basic technical issues).
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues across Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Analyze user needs and propose system enhancements.
- Coordinate with developers to implement bug fixes and customizations.
- Prepare documentation and provide end-user training.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
- Guide users through processes, features, and best practices via chat, email, or phone.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business administration, Computer Science or IT related specialty.
- 2+ proven years of experiences in Odoo ERP system.
- Good knowledge with Odoo modules and business workflow.
- Excellent financial background and experienced in previous ERP systems.
- Understand customizations needed in Odoo according to business.
- Skillful in gathering and implementing clients requirements effectively.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Odoo certifications are preferable
