Job Description
Preparing material quantities for procurement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/personnel to obtain or provide the needed data for correct and accurate.
• Preparing quantity surveying for subcontractors, and coordinate with relevant personnel for issuing payment invoices, or review, issue, and sign the invoices.
• Liaise with the Planning, tendering team to provide needed data to support relevant decisions; and obtain needed data about subcontractors’ deals for writing and issuing client invoices.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate purchase agreements with them.
• Procure materials and subcontract promptly within the approved budget cost.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Receive and check purchase orders from different company departments and projects following the approved systems and procedures, issue purchase orders, ensure compliance with needs plans and approved budgets, submit them to the line manager for approval and follow its implementation in collaboration with Procurement Department.
• Identify National and international suppliers
Job Requirements
Bsc. Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
