Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, original content tailored to each social media channel.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Handle crisis communications and reputation management on social platforms as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
