Job Description
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Manage sales representatives and assistants
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Meet all sales quotas and goals

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in medical insurance
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- High computer skills ( Word- Excel – PowerPoint )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in English, in both of writing and speaking
- Sales and Target oriented
- Knowledge of the sales principles
- Hard worker, Organized
- Gender: Male or Female, Male is preferred
- Self-motivated and problem solving
