Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming textile materials and products.
- Record and manage inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and updating inventory systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure that all materials are stored properly to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Organize and maintain the storage area for easy access and efficient use of space.
- Label and categorize materials for quick identification and retrieval.
- Prepare and fulfill orders for materials and products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet their material needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all materials meet the required standards before storage and distribution.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to storage and handling of materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the storage area.

Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a storekeeper or inventory management role, preferably in the textile industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
