Job Description
- Maximize sales and profitability of company products.
- Reach the targets and goals set for assigned area.
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
- Service the needs of existing customers.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Collect customer feedback and market research and report the same to managers.
- Keep up to date with products and competitors.
- Coordinate with sales organizations to conduct marketing activities such as events,
conferences, seminars, etc. - Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineer / Chemist .
- +5 years of experience in sales operations
- Chemicals industrial background
- Fluent speaking and writing English Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Great ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Comfortable with some travel.
- Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.
