Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Experience (CX) Associate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to Silkhaus guests. This role involves responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking through checkout. As a CX Associate, you will manage guest communications across multiple channels, coordinate with internal teams for special requests, and address any challenges with professionalism and care. Success in this role means creating memorable stays that elevate the Silkhaus brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams for special requests and resolutions.
