Job Description
- Ensures that the quality standards are being met.
- Applying all root cause analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of all quality tools
- Will assist with the co-ordination of quality improvement activities within the different Production Departments.
- Authorizing line stoppage of and injection when working not according procedure.
- The Component Manufacturing Quality Leader assists with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality inspection approaches and methods within the Department.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working in quality in manufacturing industry. With proven experience in leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools and methods
- Using Problem solving tools like Ishikaua diagram 5w
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Excellent team leading skills
- Knowledge on use of measuring equipment such as caliper, comparators, optical measuring instruments would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of six sigma tools.
- Systematic & Methodical.
