Job Description
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Produce accurate high-quality artwork within corporate brand guidelines and standards.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style and size.
- Finalizing files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed.
- Deliver the finished designs within brand guidelines.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment.
- Finalize artworks for print & production.
- Proficiency in meeting the deadlines.
- Respond to the print production staff to ensure the original electronic file will flow smoothly into the rest of the production process.
- Ripping files for digital print on large / grand format printers.
- Set clear team goals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Monitor team performance and report
- Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in Finalizing files and artworks for printing.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
