Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing business proposals by analyzing requirements, constructing work-flow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
- Responsible for establishing project budget.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Perform Quality Assurance.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
- Prepare SOW and other business documents.
- Design Wireframe.
- Create test plans.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to discover issues, improve monitoring and deliver better value to the customer.

- Excellent at analyzing and organizing information.

- Must be Self-motivated and assertive, but with a pleasant personality.
- Should be able to determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Should have technical knowledge and experience reviewing professional publications.
- Should be able to establish personal networks and benchmark state-of-the-art practices.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Should have knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skill
