Job Description
1. Recruitment
- Develop the manpower plan in coordination with top management.
- Manage Helm different recruitment channels and accounts and handle the recruitment process end to end.
- Design interesting on-boarding and off-boarding sessions and process of the new team.
- Update hiring reports and all other relevant sheets and documents.
2. Human Development
- Develop the internal Human Development plan in coordination with Centralized HR Division ).
3. Employee Relations
Payroll:
- Prepare monthly sheet for salaries (daily attendance, vacations and permits, overtime, KPI’s ,penalties and rewards)
- Handle all payroll issues.
Personnel:
- Communicate effectively with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and complains.
- Manage and organize the HR filling Systems.
- Employee Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents.
- Managing the employees’ personnel files, daily attendance, vacations and permits, penalties and rewards and the process of monthly salary.
- Coordinate the social insurance process with the company lawyer.
- Following-up process of opening the bank accounts of the company’s employees after three months from hiring.
- Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Resignation and termination process and make clearance for resigned employees.
4. Organization Development
- Create Helm policies, processes, procedures, and organizational structure that will encourage a healthy work environment.
- Develop and update the job descriptions for all Helm job roles.
- Handle the company performance appraisal process and manage the annual employee satisfaction survey data gathering and analysis.
- Manage HR internal events and team retreats for staff.
5.Team Supervision
- Evaluate the performance of the team and give feedback.
- Assign and delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities for the team members.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Proven work experience as a HR Generalist or similar role preferred in the Construction industry not less than 2 years of experience .
