Job Description

 

  • Handling Tenders, Auctions and filing it hard copy & soft copy on CRM.
  • Handling Letters & Offers.
  • Responsible for NO. of sales department.
  • Making Sales orders on the CRM and follow up them.
  • Handling request for registry sometimes.
  • Handling accounting requests sometimes.
  • Following up S.O on CRM.
  • May handling reception and responsible for calls in & out sometimes.
  • Doing any further requests from Direct Manger.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines
  • Female only
