Job Description
- Handling Tenders, Auctions and filing it hard copy & soft copy on CRM.
- Handling Letters & Offers.
- Responsible for NO. of sales department.
- Making Sales orders on the CRM and follow up them.
- Handling request for registry sometimes.
- Handling accounting requests sometimes.
- Following up S.O on CRM.
- May handling reception and responsible for calls in & out sometimes.
- Doing any further requests from Direct Manger.
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English language skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines
