Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with corporate, education, and NGO clients
- Generate leads and convert them into signed projects and contracts
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business offers
- Coordinate with program and delivery teams to design client solutions
- Attend networking events and represent the organization externally
- Track pipeline, deals, and performance metrics
- Contribute to growth strategy and market expansion plans
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
- Experience in training, education, HR, sports development, or consulting sectors is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Excellent English & Arabic (written and spoken)
- Existing corporate network is a plus
- Experience in B2B services
- CRM experience
