- Organize and coordinate the travel of international patients from their home countries to Cairo.
- Coordinate with the hospital’s admission office to inform them of incoming international patients and their schedules.
- Communicates with international patients/families regarding appointments, care plans, financial, health and Reception and guidance services available.
- Acts as a primary contact using the appropriate protocols for resolution of any patient concerns and implementing service recovery.
- Address complaints from international patients promptly, escalating to the Medical Director and Patients Relation for quick resolution.
- Works closely with Medical Director and clinical departments to assist international patients.
- Work closely with the hospital’s medical approvals team to resolve any issues related to international medical approvals.

- Works closely with tourism companies to secure hotel accommodations, transportation, and other services within specified time.
