Job Description
- To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery
- Analyse customer queries behaviour and trends to identify the improvement areas for the company
- Conducting product promotion to existing and potential customers
- Maintain proper documentation of complaint / request record
- Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls
- Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher-level management
- Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources

- Fluency in English/Arabic

- 2/3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation.
