Job Description
- Planning and implementing multiple concurrent projects across multiple divisions.
- Coordinate different business divisions and processes to deliver project on time within the desired outcomes aligned to our objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third party tools for flawless execution of projects.
- Designate human resources, monitor progress and set deadlines while keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire process.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a daily basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity through efficient work allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or any related field.
- 2-4 years of project management and related experience.
- PMI certification or any relevant certification.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong social skills and resourceful .
- Ability to complete projects according to outlines scope, budget and timeline.
