Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotions, and termination.
  • Design and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure adherence to Libyan labor laws.
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work culture that enhances teamwork and retention.
  • Provide regular HR performance reports and workforce analytics to top management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and recruitment plans.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Libyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and ERP software (Odoo preferred).
  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
