Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotions, and termination.
- Design and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage employment contracts and ensure adherence to Libyan labor laws.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans.
- Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
- Foster a positive and engaging work culture that enhances teamwork and retention.
- Provide regular HR performance reports and workforce analytics to top management.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and recruitment plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Libyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and ERP software (Odoo preferred).
- Good command of English (reading and writing).
