Job Description

 

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Follow up with the GM office
  • Handle Monthly Office Supplies purchase requests.
  • Handling Petty cash
  • Greet and welcome guests & Serve drinks
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Presentable
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Have a friendly and professional approach.
