Last mile operations supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Last Mile Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our last mile delivery services. You will work closely with a team of drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

As the Last Mile Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, optimizing routes, and monitoring driver performance. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining best practices for last mile operations, ensuring that our delivery services are consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in logistics and operations management. They will have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with both drivers and customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the last mile delivery services

Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules and routes

Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
