Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee and manage the company’s procurement activities with a focus on commercial and marketing-related purchasing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in events, giveaways, booth production, and logistics procurement, in addition to strong knowledge of general procurement processes.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end procurement activities across various categories, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

Manage commercial procurement needs, including sourcing for events, promotional materials, giveaways, booth setup, and logistics.

Identify and evaluate new suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to optimize cost savings and value creation.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Oversee supplier performance and maintain long-term business relationships.

Analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Ensure all procurement documentation, purchase orders, and reports are accurately maintained.

Support the procurement manager in developing strategic sourcing initiatives and improving procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong experience in commercial procurement, particularly in event management, giveaways, booth production, and logistics.

Proven negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in marketing or FMCG industries.

Certification in CIPS or Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
