Job Description

  • The primary role is to develop, execute and maintain the company's marketing strategy to enhance market positioning.
  • Organize Marketing Campaigns that highlight the company’s value offering, Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives
  • Prepare instructional, descriptive, and application literature for existing and new products along with competitive products’ periodic reports.
  • Monitor product sales to analyze pricing plus promotional requirements.
  • Collect and maintain competitive information to present complete market evaluation for specific products.
  • Train Sales Force how to sell, specify and suitably apply company products.
  • Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
  • Manage an effective Lead Management System that adopts efficient lead qualification, as well as work with the sales team to develop new lead generation strategies that aim at meeting the company’s lead quota.
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospective customers at their facilities and identify and understand their pains, requirements, and present suitable solutions.
  • Perform all the premarketing activities which lead to list the company’s products on the first priorities and preferences of the technical decision-makers.
  • Develop and compile catalogs describing products offered with an emphasis on the technical specifications and advantages for the product.
  • Develop, update and maintain sales data records, using the company’s system.
  • Research, establish and maintain cooperative relationships with technical decision-makers for our company interests and objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers especially key accounts.
  • Prepare and present proposals in a complete and professional manner and in accordance with the company standards.
  • Sell products and services within approved margin guidelines to achieve targeted job costs and profit margins.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Evaluate the business expansion needs and start-up for the company, especially when there is a push into new business environments.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the business relationship with the prospect and ensure proper execution of the sales strategy.
  • Execute introductorily and discovery calls with prospects to fully understand each organization's supply chain processes, challenges, initiatives, cost, and applications.
  • Document key findings, progress, insights, and pipeline velocity in CRM.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper delivery to clients and payments to vendors are done without delay.
  • Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Recognize opportunities for distribution channels (sub- distributer, Partners,…etc), services, and campaigns that will result in sales.

Job Requirements

  • A University degree in Industrial/Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong Marketing Skills.
  • Sales process acumen with relevant work experience includes sales hunting, account management, sales consultant, or related experience with documented performance levels meeting or exceeding sales plans.
  • Creativity & Innovation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Effective demonstration and presentation techniques.
  • Customer service orientated, motivated, honest, and results-driven.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a CRM,
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written), including effectively altering vocal tone/inflection, listening, and writing relevant and engaging content.
  • Creative and adaptable improviser with an ability to work off-script when executing new approaches or responding to unforeseen obstacles.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Having a car is a must
